TRUST....it may be you or me Part 10

Akshy was not at all ready for this but before he could say anything. Kirti shouted,"You rapist. you raped a girl and now you are telling me stories. Akshy, you are a cheat."

Akshy never thought that Kirti will react like this. He said, "No, Kirti, I did not do anything you know me. have I ever done anything wrong with you? believe me that girl was a cheat."

Akshy was trying to defend himself but Kirti was not listing to him as she was relating all of that with her past and she was not wrong as she knew this pain very well and she was aware that how people react when they see a rape victim.

Kirti said, "I know Akshy you did not do anything wrong with me but you spoiled a girl's life. She was almost died because of you and you are telling her a cheat. shame on you. You don't have a Character. I never thought you will be that cheap. I thing your mother and sister were right when they left you. I hate you Akshy."

Akshy could not control himself when Kirti talked about his family. He started losing his temper and said, O.k. what about your family. I think they were right when they left you alone and look at you Kirti, What are you doing? you are living alone with two rich men.What should I think about you?

Kirti never thought that she will have to listen this type of cheap words in her life. she was shocked and numb as she had nothing to say now.

"Shout up Akshy do you have any Idea what are you saying." Suddenly Rahul enters the room shouting.

Akshy looked at Rahul with surprise. However Kirti was still standing motionless.

When Kirti was raped, it was a bad day many people Including her family blamed her and said many bad things about her. She faced a tough time and after so many days she was coming back to life and trying to forget her past but now Akshy's cheap words dragged her back on that same day. Somehow she knew that her past will never leave her.

Rahul went to Kirti and holds her as he could see that Kirti was losing her senses. He holds her in his arms and make her sit on the bed.

"l told her everything about my past but she is not believing me moreover She is calling me a rapist." Akshy was telling Rahul with sad and angry voice but he saw that Rahul was not reacting on his words but he continued and said, "I think you should send her back to her home. she does not deserve to stay with us here."

Rahul looked at Akshy and said, "O.K. and who are you to tell me that who will stay here and who will not?"

Akshy was not expecting this kind of reaction from Rahul but Rahul continued and said,"Look Akshy, this is my house. you stay here. It's fine but you are no one to ask Kirti to leave the house."

Akshy again tried to clear his point and said,"but Rahul, Kirti called me a rapist and a no character man."

"And what was wrong in that." Rahul almost shouted, "Akshy, I know the fact and not only me everyone is aware of your reality.

Rahul continued and said, "Akshy, you were not my friend you were my brother but you ended everything when you raped Disha." "I had a lot of trust on you and were my Idol. I always tried to copy you because somehow I was wanted to be like you but You not just spoiled Disha's life but killed many people hopes, trust and belief in you.......and you know what Akshy, I think it is your nature you did the same thing again with Kirti today. I am ashamed of being your friend.

Akshy stopped Rahul and said,"Why are you saying this Rahul. It was only you Rahul, who trusted me in my tough time. when everyone left me alone you were in the very few people those who trusted me. then why today you are not believing me."

Rahul Smiled and said," I never had trust on you and I was never wanted to supported you after that incident but I did helped you because we were friends at a time and I could not leave you alone."
"I can't trust you Akshy after what have seen outside the court"....Rahul took a long pause and continued, "Kirti and me were living alone in this house. I brought her here she was not wanted to come but I forced her because I knew that she will stay safe here. When you came here I started giving extra protection to her. I started coming home early, I asked you to join me in the office. It was all because of you Akshy. I am sorry to say but I was never wanted to leave Kirti alone with you......."

Akshy could not understand what to say and how to react. He was standing like a dead body but he was ready to listen anything from Rahul and Rahul did not disappoint him with his final words. when he said, "Akshy, I gave you a chance but now I know that you will never change. I want you to leave the house and if possible leave us just now."

Akshy had no words to say now. When he was telling Kirti about his past. he told her that Rahul was in very few people who trusted him in his tough time but he was realizing that his opinion about Rahul was totally wrong.

When Rahul Asked him to leave the house. It was not a big shock for him and he left the house at the same time.

While leaving Akshy was smiling and thinking that whenever he things are going to be great for him he faces a new unbearable situation. In the morning he entered Kirti's room to propose her and in few hours he was leaving not only the house but his love, his best friend and respect among them.

TRUST....it may be you or me Part 9

Akshy was telling Kirti Every thing word by word. He Continued and said "I went to the Court with Rahul and Karan. My mother and Ruchi were also there with me.I was so embarrassed in front of my family. I did not have courage to look in to their eyes." 

However, As I told you earlier. I did not do anything wrong so it was very easy for me to prove that in the court room and I did prove it. I won the case in the first hearing only. the judge said the there were no evidence against me and more over Disha could not answer a lot of questions asked by my lawyer.

I was so happy. I felt that I have received my life back. I came out of the Court with my family. Mom and Ruchi were about to leave to the house as they were still feeling bad about this incident. I was standing with Rahul and Karan and we were planing to celebrate this. We were waiting for our Car and suddenly Disha came to me. She attacked me with her hands. She was crying and saying "you spoiled my life". She shouted at me saying ,"you can buy anything with your money as you bought today's case. You Ruined me, every one is looking at me with abusive eyes, because of you my career, my dreams, my life everything is finished. I am dying  today because of you AKSHY.
Disha was shouting like a mad girl. there were a lot of people looking at us, Mom and Ruchi were also there.

Suddenly, Ruchi sprinkled kerosene oil on her body and set her to fire. No one had any Idea that anything like will happen. However there was a lot of security and they saved Disha's life but she got some miner injuries so they took her to the hospital. Later I got to know she was arrested because of that suicide attempt.

I Won the case but no one was happy including me. Mom, Ruchi everybody was silent. Somehow, Disha's suicide attempt forced everyone to rethink. We did not have anything since morning but no one was hungry. We went to our rooms as all of us were so tired or we were not able to face each other. I could not sleep entire night. I knew, I did not do anything wrong but still I was feeling guilty. I had no idea that why Disha did all of that? It was her loss more then me, she was also embarrassed in front of everyone. why did she try to kill herself? was she looking for some money or something else? there were a lot of questions in my mind and I don't know when I went to sleep.

Next day when I woke up. I saw Mom and Ruchi were packing their bags. I asked Ruchi,"are you going somewhere?"

Ruchi did not answer but I could see her wet eyes.

I looked at Mom she was also crying.

I went there and asked her."What happened mom and where are you going?"

Mom did not gave response but she was still crying and packing her bag.

I was worried. I turned Mom's face and asked her again. "Mom, what happened. Why are you crying  ? please tell me."

"We are crying because of you and now we will have to leave because of you Akshy." Mom said with cold voice.

"What did I do Mom. I was innocent and it is already proved in the Court. then why are you leaving.". I said with crying voice. I could not control my emotions.

Mom smiled and said. "Yes, We all have seen that you were innocent. I saw that girl. she was about to kill herself." Mom Continued, "Akshy, I know you are a big businessman. you have a lot of money but it does not mean that you can do anything you want."

"Sorry, Akshy we can't be your partner in this crime." Mom ended her sentence and asked Ruchi to pack her bags fast."

I was shocked that Mom was believing a unknown girl but not me. I lost all my words but somehow, I managed myself and said."No, Mom she was lying. I don't know, why she did that but believe me I did not do anything wrong and please don't go.Where will you go Mom. think about me, how will I live without you and Ruchi? you guys are everything for me and think about Ruchi. She just started her life. how you will take care of her. Please Mom don't go. Please." I was bagging to keep them in home.

Mom said, "I know it will be very difficult for Ruchi and me but believe me that will be much easier then staying here. Look at the news papers, T.V. and just go out everyone is looking at us as we are criminals." I know that you care about Ruchi but she will have no respect if she will stay with you. Akshy, I don't know what made you do that but your one mistake made our life so difficult."

Then Mom said "Ruchi, move fast. We need to board our flight."

Ruchi took her and Mom's bag and they were going outside the house.

I realized that they will not listen to me because they don't want to listen to me. I was crying from inside but no one could see me crying. I knew they will not be able manege things. They were my family and I could not leave them like the way they were leaving me.

I had no other option. I asked them to stop.

I said," Sorry, Mom but you and Ruchi don't need to trouble yourself because of me. It was me who did wrong things then why Ruchi and you will get the punishment.This is your home. this is dad's home. you stay here if anyone needs to leave that is me. I am leaving Mom. Please take care of Ruchi and yourself."

"and I left my home on that same moment." Akshy told Kirti.

I was leaving but I was waiting when Mom or Ruchi will ask me to stop but nothing happened. No body asked me to stop. I did not do anything with Disha but I had to accept all the allegations against me. I won the case in the court but I lost the trust in my home.

I had no idea what to do I went to Rahul's home and I could see that his family was looking at me with suspicious eyes. I went out as I could not face them. I called Rahul and Karan in my office and told them everything. 

Entire office was talking bad about me. though they could not show it front of me but it was very easy to feel.

I told them that I can not live here and I went to America. Rahul and Karan helped me a lot in that. Since then, I never met Mom or Ruchi because I never went to Rajkot again. I get all information about Mom and Ruchi from Karan and Rahul. Rahul loves Ruchi as her sister and whenever he goes to Rajkot he defiantly meets them. Ruchi had completed her M.B.A. and now she is taking care of the business their with Karan. Rahul and Karan are my best friends and they replaced me very well in my family.


I ask Karan and Rahul everyday about Mom and Ruchi but they don't want to know anything about me. Once Karan told them that Akshy went to U.S.A. then Mom told him."it was very difficult to forget about Akshy and his crime and now we don't want to listen his name in the house."

Akshy was crying. He said" You Know Kirti, I became a criminal for my family. they don't want to listen to my name. I became a shame for them. I am getting the punishment of the Crime which I never did. I miss Mom, I miss Ruchi but they don't even want to listen my name."

Akshy was feeling so weak now. He always came up as a strong man but today he was broke with his memories. he was not able to stand so he holds Kirti's Shoulder from back for support. 

Kirti turns her face towards Akshy. her eyes were red with tears but unexpectedly she turns and gave a slap on Akshy's  face.

Akshy was standing quiet he looked at Kirti. She was also looking at him as she could not understand
what Akshy was trying to say ?

Akshy knew that now he will have to tell Kirti about his personal life.

He went near to Kirti and took a deep breath and started.

Akshy said. "You know, that I have business in Chicago but basically I am from Rajkot. My father had a "Timber store" there. We were four people in family, Dad, Mom, my younger sister Ruchi and me. We were not rich but we had everything to live happily with. Rahul was my neighbor there. His father is a very famous surgeon in Rajkot but Rahul was never interested in medical field. I have one more friend there"Karan". Karan was my senior in M.B.A. he have a big business of steel there. He was so rich every weekend Rahul and me use to go to his form house to Party. Our families were also so closed and all of Us were living Happily.

It was my last semester and I was planning to go to U.K for further studies. My dad was trying hard to arrange funds for that and one day my father died due to a sudden heart attack. We were broke,we had no idea what to do as we never thought that anything like that will ever happen. Slowly we started losing our savings and we had no source of income as I was in the last semester and my Mother had no idea how to run a business and Ruchi was too young to do anything. She just entered in Graduation.

One day we had to sell our car and things were becoming more critical because of our studies. We required more money and situation was like that we could have to sell our house.

Though, Rahul's and Karan's family supported us a lot but we had to come on our own. then I decided to leave my M.B.A.

I started taking care of my shop.In the beginning it was very tough but I had the business sense and slowly I realized that our business could reach at any level. I gave all my time,blood and sweat to work and slowly I started receiving success in that. Karan and Rahul were also there to guide me at any point of time.

 I can proudly say that in seven years I changed my 'Timber Shop' in to a Steel Company of 1720 people. 

I became the most powerful steel businessman there. I bought most of the big and small steel factories and taken control on the entire steel business not only in the city but in whole Gujarat.

We were living happily again and I thought 'now we will not face any problem in life'.

However, I was so wrong. One day when I was giving a brief Introduction of the Company to a new secretory named "Disha" in my office Cabin suddenly teared her clothes and started crying. Then she ran outside the door. She told everyone that I raped her. I had no idea what was that? I did try to talk to her but I don't know why she was so scared of me. It was a very unexpected Situation for me. I thought maybe she was looking for some money and wanted to blackmail me. So I tried to gave her money but she was not listening to me.

Now everyone in the office was looking at me with suspicious eyes. I had no idea what to do. In just few minutes things became so difficult for me. I called Rahul and Karan and told them everything. 

They did try to talk with Disha but she was not ready to listen to anyone. She said that she will go to court. I was O.K. with that because I knew that I was not guilty.

As Disha said she lodged a FI.R. against me. I was so shocked with this step of her. 

Now people started doubting me. due to my name and business Police did not arrest me but because of embarrassment I took myself to a house arrest. I did not have courage to face people until we get the result of the case. I was sure that I'll win the case as all the allegations were wrong against me.
but I felt so shameful when my mother told me "Akshy I hope you did not do anything wrong." I had no words to explain. I just said "trust me I did not do anything wrong." She did not replied to that and left.

As it a published book{My Own Creation} in India but due to low finance it could not reach many people. I have decided to promote it on social network That's way I have divide it in parts and published it.However, I have taken a break So that I can Introduce myself to you guys. TRUST....it may be you or me Part 7

Now, Kirti was gaining confidence to live. she knew that Akshy was always there with her. earlier she was broke not just because of that rape incident but she was left alone by every person closed to her. However Akshy gave her a strong Support so that she could feel that she was not alone.

It was very easy to see that somehow Akshy had some feelings for her. Kirti also noticed his feelings but nothing was clear as Akshy never said anything like that.

Akshy asked Kirti to leave Chair as he was always with her also he gave her a stick if she required any support in Akshy's absence . In the result Kirti was able to stand without support and she also started walking a bit.

One day she was doing some work in her room when Rahul came to her room happily and asked her to come out.

Kirti came out with Rahul and started crying as she saw her parents were sitting with Akshy. Her father came to her as soon he saw her. She just holed him so tightly and started crying. her mother also came to her. they helped her coming out there. Every one was crying Kirti her parents,Rahul.

Surprisingly Akshy was also crying and he was not just crying he was badly crying with them. As soon he realized it he tried controlled himself and stand silent controlling his emotions.

Kirti got to know that Akshy went to her parents and convinced them. he made them realized that Kirti was in a very bad situation because they left her when she needed them the most.her father and mother were continuously saying sorry for their behavior. They asked Kirti to return her home but Rahul asked them to left Kirti here as her treatment was still continue in Delhi. Kirti was also not that comfortable to accept this change all of a sudden. However she knew that she got her family back and it was all because of Akshy. She was so Thankful to him and she was looking for him in that room but could not find him.

Her parents left in the evening so that they could reach home as her other sisters were staying alone. They told her that they will continue come here to meet her and as soon she will be able to walk again. they will bring her back home. Kirti new she was receiving everything back in her life her zeal to live, her family and her respect. It was all because of Akshy's Magic and she started thinking about him. Somehow Kirti felt she have some feelings for Akshy and she started blushing even when she was alone.

Where Akshy was confirmed that he loves Kirti and now he was ready to propose her as he could not see any reason that Kirti will reject him So he decided to propose her. Kirti was also wanted to talk to him in private as she could not even thank him in presence of her parents and Rahul.

Akshy and Kirti spent whole night by thinking about each other.

Next day both of them were so eager to talk and as soon Rahul left for office Akshy Came to Kirti. He was just wanted to propose her and Kirti was also waiting for him. as soon she saw Akshy She said "Akshy thank you so much for giving me my life back. you have no idea what have you done for me. if I am able to speak today.it is only because of you. you are like GOD to me. Thank you so much Akshy....Thank you so much."

Kirti was getting very emotional. Akshy came close to control her as she was crying. He holds her hand and asked her to stop crying. he said." I have done nothing. you are getting what you deserve. I am just a source." he came to the room to propose her but Kirti was getting too emotional so he stopped himself and tried control Kirti. He gave her some water to get comfortable. He was also waiting that as soon Kirti will be O.K. he will tell that he loves her and want to marry her.

Kirti was also trying to control herself and suddenly she said." Akshy you gave me a new life today by bringing my family here. you know everything about me please tell me about yourself as I never heard you speaking anything about your personal life."

Kirti asked this question as she was looking some time to control herself but Akshy was silent as he heard that Kirti wants to know about his past.

Akshy took sometime and said." my life is quite similar as your life."

TRUST....it may be you or me Part 6

Kirti was so happy after many days. She went to Kitchen and cooked so many items with Akshy's help. Akshy could feel her happiness.

When Rahul came home from office and he could not found Kirti's sitting on her Chair at the main door. He got little worried and ran inside. he was calling Akshy and Kirti. Kirti came out of her room and said "hi" to Rahul. Akshy also came out from his room as heard Rahul was calling them worried. Akshy and Kirti could see Rahul was looking so tensed.

Akshy asked him"What happened Rahul? is everything fine?"

Rahul felt relaxed by seeing both of them but at the same time he was shocked and surprised. when he looked at Kirti as they were living together from almost a month and this was the first time when Rahul heard Kirti saying "hi".

Kirti could see that Rahul was staring at her. She knew the reason and she started looking at the floor.

When Akshy saw this he broke the Silence. He said "Rahul meet new Kirti and Kirti meet Rahul meet my Childhood friend. " and then all of them started laughing.

Today, the atmosphere of the house was totally different from any other day. Rahul and Akshy were cracking jokes on each other and laughing. Though Kirti was not involved with them but she was listening to them and giggling slowly on their jokes. after their dinner when Kirti was cleaning the table. Akshy took Rahul outside the room and explained whatever had happened in that day and he told Rahul that Kirti was ready to go to meet the doctor now. Akshy explained everything to Rahul except his emotions.

Next day, Rahul went to his office and Akshy and Kirti were leaving to meet the doctor. Kirti was nervous but Akshy gave her a great support saying. "Don't worry everything will be fine just trust yourself."

Akshy's these small words were working on Kirti like a magic trick. She smiled with her wet eyes. Akshy holds her hand tightly.

Doctor sent Kirti for some medical tests and told that Kirti's will have to put a lot of efforts to walk again. Akshy said."She will do anything and will not just walk but she will run."

Now, Kirti was following her treatment regularly as Akshy was always with her. Kirti knew that it was impossible if Akshy did not support her.

No doubt, Akshy was a strong man. He knew how to convince people and help them and that was only his strategy to bring Kirti back in life.He was not just supporting Kirti for physical activities but he was being a great mental support for her.

Kirti was recovering very fast. Rahul and Akshy both were happy with this but somehow Kirti was missing her family.

Now, Every day Akshy started giving some of his work to Kirti to keep her busy. His Idea was working to divert Kirti's mind in work. Kirti was also understanding that why Akshy was doing all of that. Somehow she was liking this as Akshy was giving her confidence to face life. Rahul was also happy with this.

Though, Kirti was coming back to life but a unknown fear was always with her. Which could be easily seen.

One day When Rahul went to his office Akshy came to Kirti's room. She was busy doing some calculations. As soon she saw him inside her room she felt uncomfortable as Rahul never use to enter her room without taking permission. Akshy could also see fear on Kirti's face. However as always he ignored that and started checking her work. Kirti was also looking at the file. Suddenly Akshy asked can we talk for sometime if you are free?

Kirti said O.K. but she was scared and started shivering slowly. she was not a girl like that but some of her experiences in life totally changed her.

Akshy saw goosebumps on her hands So understanding her mental situation he asked her to come outside the room.

Kirti was so relaxed by this small thing.

Akshy took her outside the room by driving her chair. He came in front of her and asked. "Kirti, how do you want live your life?" he asked a blunt question as his nature.

Kirti looked at him as she had no answer but in response she had tears in her eyes and suddenly she murmured Mummy(MOM),papa(father) and again she started crying. She was crying like a little girl. Akshy dragged a chair and sat so close to her.

This was the very first time when Akshy looked her face so closely. he found her so innocent and it was the very first time when Akshy's eyes were wet.

He took some time to control his emotions and said, "look Kitri, I was never wanted to bring this conversation again but I can see that you are spoiling your life. you are such an intelligent girl. your business sense is so good. you have a beautiful life to live but only think you need to have a desire to live."

Kirti was listening to him carefully and tears were automatically coming out of her eyes.

Akshy looked in kirti's eyes.he could have feel Kirti's pain today but this was not his nature. He had the solution of most of the problems but he never felt anyone's pain before. However today he was feeling so uncomfortable from inside and then suddenly he took Kirti's hand in his hand and hold it tightly.

Kirti was still crying but Akshy asked her to stop and said." You don't need to cry anymore. I want you to live a happy life. if you have any problem just tell me. I promise I'll be always there for you. the only think you need to have is confidence in you".

He was rubbing Kirti's hand continuously. Kirti was crying but she knew that she is getting a strong support from Akshy.

Akshy looked at her and could see a trust for him in Kirti's eyes. he was wanted to hold her so tightly and cry with her but he controlled himself and said O.K. tomorrow we are going to meet your Doctor.

Kirti could not say no and she gave a silent yes as now she was wanted to live. She was getting this new desire because of Akshy. She looked at him with respect.

When Akshy found Kirti is looking at him. he gave a smile and said. "you are not alone. trust me" and he wiped her tears.

Kirti was feeling so good and a smile came on her face.

Akshy said "this is the expression you deserve".

Kirti was liking his every word. she was wanted him to speak whole day but for Akshy situation was difficult as he was trying his best to control his emotions.

Rahul and kirti both knew that Akshy was absolutely right. Suddenly Rahul said 'I know you are right Akshy and I really don't want to hide anything with you but thinks are really bad and that is why I did not tell you anything'.

Akshy said "it's O.K. and I am not complaining that why you did not tell me anything but the concern is with this girl's health and life."

Kirti was sitting silent and thinking that how she became a topic of discussion now.

Suddenly, Rahul said' "O.K. lets finish our dinner and go to my room. I'll tell you what happened".

Kirti looked at Rahul, will he tell Akshy about her Rape ? She felt so shameful and started crying slowly.

Akshy looked at her crying and without reacting, he said to Rahul 'fine, but why don't we talk here. We are talking about her life so every conversation should be here in her presence'.

Rahul said fine and with a deep breath he started Kirti's Story in his words. He told Akshy everything that how that had happened,how her family reacted, how they met and why Kirti was living here.

Now, Kirti was crying so badly. it was being difficult for her to face them. she was wanted to leave that place. Rahul was also feeling so bad about Kirti's situation and he was also wiping his eyes. However they saw that Akshy did not show any reaction. he was continue eating his dinner as he just heard a story of a movie.

Rahul found it strange. He said "Kirti, Don't cry and let me drop you to your room".

Akshy stopped them and said No wait. he stopped eating and turned his face towards Kirti.

Akshy asked kirti, "Do you feel guilty for what had happened to you?"

Kirti looked at him. she never thought that she will face this kind of question ever. She could not answer.

Rahul said in between,"are you mad Akshy why should she feel guilty? What do you want to prove here?"

Akshy was still calm. he said that is your thought Rahul but I want to ask Kirti that what does she feel. he asked that same question again 'Kirti do you feel guilty for your rape?'

this time Akshy was more specific while using the word "rape".

Kirti felt so bad she shouted "NO, I am not guilty, I did not do anything wrong. they did wrong things with me.my mother and father does not trust me. No one knows how bad I feel about it.I don't know what to do. Everyone blames me. No one cares about my feelings".

She was almost broke. she was crying very loudly but for the very first time Rahul and Akshy heard Kirti's Voice in a long sentence and it was the very first time when kirti openly talked about her feelings.

Now, Rahul and Akshy were silent but Kirti was still crying.

Akshy again questioned her "If you know, that was not your mistake then why are you crying?"
Kirti was not able to answer but she was still crying. 

Akshy said 'look Kirti, I am no one to tell you that how you should live, still I think you are punishing yourself for no reason. if you are sad because of your parents then you are a fool because if they can't trust you- they can't be your parents. In your words those three boys distorted your life that night but look at your self your are killing your self everyday. I am sorry to say but this is not the way you should treat yourself.

Kirti never liked anyone telling her how to do things but today she was liking Akshy's words. she was wanted him to speak more. Now Kirti was sitting motionless. Rahul was just thinking what will happen now and Akshy was looking at Kirti.

Rahul broke this silence and said. "O.K. Sir Akshy, can we go to sleep now?" which made both of them laugh. Rahul took Kirti to her room and started some discussion with Akshy.

Next day when Kirti opened her eyes. She found Akshy sitting there. When Akshy saw Kirti awake he asked" do you know cooking".

kirti had no idea what this man wants to do. she was quiet but Akshy asked again mam, 'do you know how to cook'.

Kirti said yes in a very low voice but Akshy could hear that and said cool can you please make today's breakfast for us.

Kirti could not say no she again gave a short answer "yes".

Akshy came to her bed and helped her in sitting on her chair. he said 'just get ready fast and make some nice food'.

he moved her chair towards bathroom and came outside.

Kirti came out after getting ready. She saw Rahul and Akshy were discussing about some business plans. when Akshy and Rahul saw her. Akshy shouted "make it fast I am dying hungry".

Kirti new that he was trying to make her feel comfortable with them but she was feeling so shy. Rahul and Akshy both realized that and came to her saying lets make it together. they took Kirti to the kitchen and helped her making food.

It was after a long time that Kirti was involved in any activity. She was telling them how to cook and what ingredients she needed as she was unable to stand and find things herself. She never use to talk but she had to speak now.

While having their breakfast Rahul and Akshy were discussing about some meetings. Kirti was still silent but she was not feeling that heavy inside as other days.

Now Kirti had to stay at home with Akshy. She was feeling very uneasy but Akshy was such a mature person and he did not talked anything about last night.Which could make her feel uncomfortable. rather then he asked about kirti's qualifications. When he got to know that Kirti is a commerce graduate. He gave her some files to recheck some calculations and Kirti had to spend her whole day in that.

He looked at Kirti and asked ''Is Rahul in" ? Kirti did not responded but got to know that this man knows Rahul, still she was so scared and was staring at him. He asked again"Hello, where is "Rahul sahab". This time his voice was little rude to Kirti. He was thinking of her a maid. Kirti still did not responded. which made him angry and he went inside rahul's room but kirti heard him saying 'stupid'. Kirti was so scared, it could be seen on her face very easily. Kirti was alone in the house with a unknown person and the man was not looking nice at all. she was wanted to run away from home but that was impossible for her due to long way stairs and her wheel chair. She was praying that Rahul should come home. She was continuously staring at the main door. After an hour she saw that Rahul was coming home. he entered home said Hi to kirti and went to his room.

After some time Rahul and that man came outside the room. Rahul said "Kirti meet my friend Akshy and Akshy meet Kirti".

Kirti could easily see that Akshy looked at her weirdly but due to so called Etiquette he said 'Hello' and turned his face towards Rahul.

Rahul told Kirti" Akshy was his childhood friend and a has steel business in Chicago. Earlier he used to live in Rajkot but he went to U.S.A.

Rahul told that Akshy has a great sense of business. he helps him a lot in his work. He told Kirti that Akshy was the Richest and most successful businessman in Rajkot at one point of time and now he is doing the same in Chicago.

Akshy was quite happy for praising him in front of Kirti so he asked Rahul 'who is she ? Kirti looked at Rahul that now what will he say. Will he tell everything to Akshy? she was feeling so embarrassed and waiting for Rahul's answer but Rahul said "She is a friend's cousin and will stay here for some days". he did not tell Akshy anything about her past. Which made her so relaxed at the moment. She looked at Rahul. he smiled and gave her a signal to stay relaxed.

It was late in the evening when they had their lunch together. Kirti had to seat with them so that everything looks normal. However Akshy was not just an intelligent businessman but also a very sharp man. he took few hours to know that things are not like as they are looking.

Kirti got to know that Akshy will stay here for some days as he has some business work in the city. Rahul told Akshy to join him in the office. He said 'I have a free cabin which you can use' but Akshy said no and said that he likes to do his work by lying on a bed rather then sitting on a chair and he will stay here at home only. Rahul said "o.k. fine."

This was the very first time Kirti felt Rahul was unhappy. It was quite strange but Kirti could not understand the reason.

Where Akshy could also feel the same but he did not say anything. Now kirti had to stay at home with Akshy when Rahul go to office. Rahul also try to finish his work as soon as possible so that he could to reach home early. Akshy and kirti could also feel Rahul's uneasiness.

However, While living with Akshy, Kirti felt that he was not that bad as he looked on his first day.For few days he never looked at her but looking at her physical condition he use to put Necessary Items near to her. he also tried to make her feel comfortable as she was afraid of staying with him. some times he did try to start conversation with her by saying hi, hello or how are you but she never responded. It was very easy for Akshy to understand that Kirti is in depression.

One night they were having dinner. Rahul discussed some office related things with Akshy and kirti was still quiet as always. Akshy looked at her for sometime and suddenly he asked "Rahul, do you love Kirti ?"

'What' Rahul could not understand how to response and he almost shouted.

Kirti was also looking at them and was similarly shocked as Rahul.

Rahul controlled himself and said there is nothing like that and please don't make situation awkward for us. He was a bit angry.

Akshy looked at them and said relax guys, I just asked because I felt it. If you would have asked me I have the same answer. I don't think that there is anything to get angry. Akshy Continued. He said 'look, I know there is something which I don't know, neither I want to know if not required. However the kind of situation kirti is living in is not good for her. you both don't talk to each other. Many times, I have seen her crying alone which can not be a solution of any problem.

He was so open in saying everything on their faces. Rahul and kirti could not understand what to do. they were living together from almost two months but they could never talked like this.

Kirti had a hit by a car and she got unconscious. When she opened her eyes she realized that she was in the hospital. She asked the doctor that" how she is here". the doctor told her that she met with an accident on a busy road luckily one of her relatives was there and he took her to the hospital. kirti was not able to think of any one who is not laughing at her current situation. She closed her eyes and keep on thinking and when she opened her eyes she saw a guy is coming to her room.

He came next to Kirti's bed and asked her "How are you feeling mam" and without waiting for her answer he said....Hi, my name is Rahul and I have a small business in New Delhi two days back I came here for a business meeting and I was returning home when I saw you had a hit by a car and the driver ran away with his car. maybe he was afraid of the situation and then I took you to the hospital. your condition was very bad and the doctors said your legs were badly injured and immediate treatment was required that's why I told the doctor that we are relatives as they needed some one from the family to start your treatment. You can tell me your address so that I can inform your family! 

Now rahul was waiting for kirti's answer. kirti was shocked that she was in the hospital from two days. she found a bit of pain in her legs. she could not say anything so Rahul asked again "mam can I have your address or phone number of any one in your family so that I can inform them".

kirti was not able to control herself when she heard family and she started crying. Rahul was little confused with this and he asked her is she o.k.?? kirti was feeling so helpless and she told him everything about her. While telling her story kirti was crying badly but suddenly she saw that Rahul was also crying. which made her feel little good that at least someone is here who can feel her pain.

After a long silence Rahul asked "So where will you go now ? what will you do ? have you thought of any place ?"
kirti gave a very short answer "I don't know."

Rahul said if you are comfortable you can stay at my home but I live alone as  my family lives in Rajkot.

Kirti was never wanted to live like that but she was aware that she did not have any other option still she was hesitated in saying yes.

Rahul was very good in observing her confusion. So he said don't worry kirti mam every man is not the same. You can stay at my home if you are O.K.

Kirti gave a silent yes to Rahul.

Kirti realized that She was not able to move her left lag. the doctors said because of that accident she had multiple fractures in her left leg. she would required further treatment with some specialist otherwise without movement she can also lose movement in her right leg as well.

She came to New Delhi with Rahul and she realized that Rahul's business was not a small business .He was a rich and reputed businessman. his yearly turnover was in millions. Rahul was a kind person who was very focused in his work. Kirti also felt that Rahul do a lot of care for her but he never tried to cross his limits. Rahul tried many times to bring her back in life but she was living like a dead body. She was not wanted to live but now she was not even able to kill herself. Rahul took her to the doctors for her further treatment but doctors said kirti needs to motivate herself otherwise she will live on wheel chair for her whole life. Rahul did try to motivate her but could not do that.

Rahul use to live alone in his big house. Now as kirti was also there so they were two people in the house. however situation was still the same because no one could hear them talking as kirti never use to talk and Rahul used to talk only on phone calls for his business. Everyday rahul use to bring kirti to breakfast table on her wheel chair. then Rahul goes to his office and Kirti use to seat and wait for Rahul to come whole day.

Now kirti was living with rahul and she was comfortable with him but she became a timid girl. she use to get afraid of everyone. Even if a courier boy or anyone from Rahul's office enters home she feels so scared. Rahul was aware of kirti's situation so he started avoiding people coming to his home. though, he knew this is not the solution but he was fail to do anything.

Like any other day Rahul went to his office and kirti was seating on her wheel chair. Suddenly, she saw a 28 to 30 year old man was entering home. she started moving her chair to close the door but that guy was so fast though he w

as coming freely but his tall body helped him entering home before Kirti could closed the door.

TRUST or Vishwas ................ Part 1

Kirti was a 28 years old School teacher. She was the youngest girl in her four sisters. She was kind and beautiful and use to support her family. Her father was also a retired teacher from a College. Her family was very supportive, Kirti was free to do whatever she was wanted to do that's why she never felt that she is bound to follow anything similarly she never did anything which makes her parents to rethink about her freedom. many times Kirti's relatives use to tell her parents to treat her like a girl but her family never put any restrictions on her. Instead that her father tell them kirti is better then a boy and they don't need to stop her living a free life. Kirti use to feel that she is the happiest girl on earth. Kirti's family was her strength and there is no doubt that any girl will feel proud and will be happy, if she get a family like that.

However, life is not like that as we think. If it is true that after a dark night a sunny day comes then it is also true that after every sunny day a dark night comes. Something like that happened with Kirti. when she was coming back home from a friend's birthday party at night. she was little late because she could not get any taxi or cab and was walking alone on the road. It is said that bad time comes in a friction of a second and that happened with Kirti. while crossing a street she was caught by three boys and she was raped in that dark street. In that night she lost everything. she was lying senseless on the road.after few hours when she realized what had happened to her. she was thinking what she can do she was finding herself like garbage.
She was missing her family badly and was wanted her father to kill those rapist. she was lying on the road thinking of going to police with his father.she was wanted to cry hard on her mother's shoulder and tell her that how bad and shameful she is feeling right now. Somehow she managed herself and stand up and started running towards her home. she was wanted to reach her home as soon as possible.she was just wanted to reach her parents so that she could feel safe and secure.

When she reached home her parents were waiting for her. they were shocked by looking kirti's condition. kirti told them everything that how she was raped on a road by three people she was crying badly while telling them and wanted her mother to hold her so that she can stand but nothing like that happened her mother did not even touched her and her father was silent as never before. she had a thought that her father will go and kill those boys but he was not saying anything. he did not ask anything about those boys. her parents said that 'they always trusted her but she had broken all their faith today. Kirti was shocked but she still asked 'that how she did anything wrong and what was her mistake' in response she received nothing but a silence. she was wanted to go to her room but she received an other shock when her father told her to leave the house saying that they have respect in the society and they have three more daughters to take care of. Her father said that kirti's situation can crate a lot of trouble for the family and their life will be difficult if kirti will stay with them. so she should leave. Her parents were crying but not wanted to keep her in the house. she was blank in her mind no thought nothing was coming in her mind she had no word to say. she got her senses back when she realized that her father was pushing her outside of the house saying 'please go away from us in the night only so that no one can see you and ask unnecessary questions and please never come back'.

Kirti could not oppose her father as she was fail to understand that why her parents are telling her wrong. her parents were her strength she had done everything in life with their help and support. they know that she can not do anything wrong then why today she is blamed and was thrown away by her own family. she was thing It was much better if she would have committed suicide rather then coming home. at least she would not seen this side of a family. she was wanted to die so she was dragging herself to railway station to commit suicide. On the way to station she was so scared and finding everyone was looking at her. Now she knows that no one is here to help her. some people will rape her body and rest of the people will blame her and will rape her sole. suddenly, she stared running on the road because she was wanted to die before being raped again.she was running as fast as is trying to save her life and she gets a hit by a Car.
